You have full access to this spacious house. Enjoy the large kitchen with a food prep island, ample counter space, basic cookware utensils and ingredients for cooking and baking. The dining room table comfortably seats eight. Relax in the living room with a TV monitor for streaming your preferred services, comfy furniture, and a pellet stove. One bedroom is on the ground floor and two upstairs. Living room is 4 steps down from other ground floor areas. There are no TV monitors in bedrooms.

We are located right in the historical town of Rumford. We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.
