Geographically, Hyde Park Plaza is centrally located in Sydney CBD, walking distance to the Opera House, Darling Harbor, Circular Quay to name a few. Not your usual studio apartment, this cosy apartment is spacious with a large bathroom, walk in robe and study area. Enjoy the view out of the large windows that run across the whole apartment. It is designed and equipped for couples, solo adventurers business travellers - really, it is set up for you, Airbnb visitors. You will find it ideally positioned on the corner of Oxford and College Street, only minutes from Museum train station. Discover Sydney on foot! Walk to many of Sydneys iconic attractions including the Opera House! Also you will be close to Museum station and busses to take you easily to areas of Sydney like Bondi. There are all types of cafes and restaurants near by as well as very good grocery stores. Downstairs within the building, there is even a good Thai restaurant. Check the street view to see how central this location is within the city. Using a lift, you will be staying on the top floor of the building which is the same level as the pool and gym. Our overall aim is to ensure you enjoy the apartment and our beautiful city as much as we do. Whilst staying the apartment take advantage of going up to the pool area even if you aren't keen on swimming. You will find the view up there absolutely breathtaking! For those of you wanting to keep fit, there is also a gym. Please read and respect my house rules. We would love to meet and greet you and then stay out of your way. Please let us know what time you expect to arrive to our apartment so that we can arrange a time to meet you:). We will always do our best to be flexible with your check-in time. Please understand if you let us know last minute on the day, there is a possibility of a delay in your check-in time as we plan in advance our schedule..... hence, please be patient:) There may also be occasions where you may need to collect keys from concierge. Wake up in the heart of Sydney, step out and walk to explore Sydney's attractions like The Opera House, Art Gallery, Sydney Tower, Royal Botanic Gardens, Darling Harbour, China Town or Sydney Convention Centre. Walk to trains, buses or ferries to reach Manly, Bondi Beach or The Blue Mountains. Experience quality near-by cafes, restaurants & enjoy the atmosphere of a cocktail-bar, nightclub or our Casino. Then relax at the rooftop pool to marvel at the city view or take a work-out at the gym. Museum station is only minutes of walking distance away. You can use it to visit any other part of Sydney quickly. In fact, you can take a train from the airport, get out at Museum Train Station and then walk a couple of minutes to reach the apartment. The train ride takes around 13 minutes. If however, you prefer to take a taxi, the taxi will take approximately 20 minutes (between $45 to $60 depending on traffic). Buses are your other option to travel around Sydney. There are several options and depending on where you would like to go, the bus stops are again only a short walk. The 'INSTANT-BOOK' function is enabled so you can make a booking straight away if your dates are available. Please refer to the Airbnb listing calendar for availability of the home. If dates are blocked out, that means they have been taken. PLEASE NOTE: If a party or any type of gathering which would exceed the maximum number of guests is held within the apartment, your booking will be cancelled. You will be escorted off the premises, and no refund will be given.
