It's nice walk to the city. 1 km to the Ounasvaara ski resort and outdoor aktivities. Public transpotition is not very good (in this area), I can help you with the timetable. From the city center buses are running f.ex to Santa Claus Village. Best way to get around easily, is rent a car. I have a parking place for you.

Sauna, kylpyhuone ja WC, ilmainen WIFI, pyykinpesu/kuivauskone, astianpesukone, induktioliesi/uuni, takka jne. Avoin terassi Kemijoen suuntaan. Kotimme on suurenmoinen erityisesti lapsiperheille. Tilava ja rauhallinen piha antaa lapsille mahdollisuuden ulkoiluun.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.

Here you can go jogging to the forest just few steps away from the apartment. During wintertime you can also go country-skiing, alight ski trail is pretty close. This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
