In addition there is also a very large garden area to the front of the Annexe for you to enjoy. A private secure gated entrance with plenty of parking space is also provided. Two electric remote control Vellux windows complete with blinds also provide plenty of fresh air and light into your new home. A private patio area with seating and gas BBQ is also provided. This light and airy open plan, ground floor apartment is a newly converted, completely self-contained extension of our home and therefore provides accommodation with no household mixing. Ideal in these strange COVID times. It has a kitchen/diner lounge area, a shower room, bedroom and parking, ideally suited for a very comfortable stay where you can cater all meals for yourself. It is conveniently located mid way between Winchester and Southampton, just a few minutes from the M3/M27.

Step straight off the decking into your hot tub, enjoy the natural surroundings, visit one of the many local attractions or cosy-up by the fire! Oak Lodge comes complete with bedding, towels, fully-equipped kitchen, log burner, tv and its own wood-fired hot tub! Check-in days are Fridays and Mondays, minimum 3-night stay (please note, this may change over the Christmas period). This is an adult-only, pet-free site.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an open plan kitchen / living / dining area. The natural woodland, fields, lake and river give the chance to get back to nature and is ideal for children to explore. The wildlife includes herds of deer that you will see up close. The barn is situated 2 miles from the New Forest Park national park.
