Includes shared use of the playground, fire pit, grill, patio, and even a few chickens! Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Our studio apartment offers a unique space with a private entrance within a five to twenty minute drive of various outdoor activities. Additionally, just down the street you'll find the charming historic railroad downtown Ogden area with local restaurants, shops and museums. Explore junction city, adventure in the mountains and then come home to a comfortable studio suite to enjoy a bit of down time cooking, reading and relaxing.

Prepare to relax and unwind in a quiet neighborhood with mountain views. This apartment has parking and a private entrance. There are reclining couches so you can relax while you enjoy a movie on the 85 " TV. 1 King and 1 Queen bed. Full kitchen and 2 in 1 washer dryer. No pets are allowed sorry 😿. You'll be near lots of shopping/restaurants in Riverdale. 25 min to ski resorts. 10 min drive to downtown Ogden and Weber State. Note: Must walk thru 2nd bedroom to access the kitchen & bathroom.

Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs
