The home is situated on 4 wooded acres (not lakefront) off a well maintained gravel road. Very private. No neighbors in sight. Wildlife is abundant. Dogs are OK w/approval & fee.

This spacious home is located on beautiful Lake Alexander just west of Merrill, Wisconsin. Enjoy the tranquil view year-round as you plan the many activities that this location offers. You bring the boat, and we'll supply the dock. Throw in your ski's or wakeboard, and don't forget your fishing poles! Three pound small mouth bass are not uncommon and the monster's of fresh water fish, the musky, are plentiful. Add in walleyes, crappies, northern pike and this location is a fisherman's dream!

* Extra sanitizing measures are in place during the COVID-19 Pandemic. * My place is cozy, clean, and quiet with all the comforts of home! It is located half way between the highway and downtown. You will have the entire upstairs to yourself during your stay, including a bedroom with a queen size bed, a bathroom with shower, and an open concept kitchen, dining area, living room, and work desk. You'll also have your own private entrance and free off street parking in the back of the house.

My place is close to the city center, art and culture, great views, restaurants and dining, and parks. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the location, the coziness, and the kitchen. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The home is only 2 blocks from bars and restaurants and less than 5 blocks from Historic Downtown Wausau. Located on the Jersey Flowage (Tomahawk River) Just mins from Downtown Tomahawk, Lake Nokomis, and Lake Mohawksin, across the street from Halfmoon Lake. All utilities are included in your rental price, even Wi-Fi. Completely furnished w/ 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, TV, charcoal or gas grill, spacious kitchen and living room, dock, v-haul boat lift, kayaks, paddle boat, fire pit. ATV and snowmobile trails nearby.
