We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.

We live in the house upstairs, so will be available to answer any questions you may have.

Our air conditioned newly constructed Backyard Bungalow was finished in January 2016. NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED!!
