Local breakfast is available on request with at least three days’ notice. With several BBQ kotas on the premises, guests can enjoy outdoor cooking anytime. Eräelämys Lapissa! Täällä voit lämmittää ruokaa tulilla ja saunoa puusaunassa. Saunamökki rauhallisella paikalla, noin 25 kilometriä Rovaniemeltä. Sijaitsee toisen mökin pihapiirissä. Saunamökin kuistilta näkymä metsään päin. Vesijohtoa ei ole, vesiastiat ovat täytettynä tullessasi. Tilava sauna. Grillikota käytössäsi (noin 50 metriä mökistä). Kuivakäymälä, johon kulku katoksen kautta. Jääkaappi, vedenkeitin, kahvinkeitin ja mikro. Ei keittolevyä. Liinavaatteet/pyyhkeet sisältyy hintaan.

Modern Holiday House in Lapland

A brand new wooden holiday house isituated in small village 60km from Rovaniemi and 40km from the Swedish border. There is a big lake close to the cottage, pineforest and cross country skiing & hiking possibilities. The house is well equipped and modern. This is a good holiday house for families with children. There are two bedrooms, a balcony for sleeping, living room with one bed, sofas, dining table and kitchen, bathroom and sauna. You will see reindeer sometimes close to the house.

Nivankylä village is located 10km from Rovaniemi city centre. Our place is almost hidden by the trees in local village. Here you can spend your holidays in your own peace. Me and my husband have built for you a little log villa with love. We have rebuilt place with own hands with touch of local culture. Logs are from 50-century. In case you need a help, we would be helping you because we live very nearby. Help is always near. You will be our quests and we will be there for you.

Our compact cabin is equipped a twin bed, sofa, kitchen with basic cooking facilities, fireplace, toilet and sauna. You can rent trekking skis and electric fatbikes from us.

Just 15 min. drive from Rovaniemi City center and you will be fully out of the reach of streetlights. Perfect opportunity to spot the Northern Lights and plenty of room in the garden for snowfun. House has been separated into two apartments for our guests. This A apartment has room for 5 person. One king size bed with window view and second twin bed with one bed upper as bunk bed. The house is being fully renovated and reopened for season 2023.

Molemmat perheyrittäjiä, joissa palvelu pelaa. Eikä kaukana ole kesät talvet käytössä oleva viralliset vaatimukset täyttävä frisbeegolf ratakaan ( noin 14 km päässä osoitteessa Airijärventie 108 nykyisin 18-reikäinen metsässä ja kallioilla kulkeva rata).
