There are plenty of room for everyone with a 5,400SF beach house (4 bedrooms and 4.5 baths). Each room has a brand new king bed, dresser, mirror, nightstand and a chest (lot of storage). Come and enjoy this beautiful beach view house where you will have the most relaxing and quiet moments and enjoying sun rise and sun set.

Green & Quiet 3-BR with Basketball Court and Pool

You will be close to everything when you stay at my centrally-located home. Seatac Airport is about 20 minutes by car. Both Seattle and Tacoma are about 20 miles away from my home. Library, Grocery Store, Gym, Restaurants, and BP-Trail are all within walking distance. My lovely unit enjoys a courtyard entry with patio to sit out. The generous Primary Suite has a walk-in closet. Other amenities include WIFI, washer and dryer, basketball court, swimming pool, and two dedicated parking spaces.

Colvos Bluff House

Colvos Bluff House sits perched above Colvos Passage, just off of Westside Highway on the northwest side of Vashon Island. It is a spacious two bedroom house, with a large open kitchen and great room. Looking west you have a lovely view of the water, and on clear days, the tips of the Olympic Mountains. The house is very private, and has beautifully landscaped grounds with a fenced backyard. The true gem of the property is the cold saltwater plunge pool and outdoor shower behind the house!
