This is a very rare historical building built in the 1920's The villa has a 2 person whirlpool jacuzzi , rain shower, beautiful full kitchen, fireplace and next to the 550 acre Washington County Cottage Grove Ravine regional park reserve. A 3/4 bath and tile shower is conveniently accessible to both rooms. The property offers stunning views of St. Wenceslaus church and is convenient to main street, restaurants and golf.
