This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house.

Apartman površine 60 m 2 sastoji se od spavaće sobe sa velikim bračnim krevetom, kupaone, prostrane dnevne sobe sa kuhinjom, predsoblja i balkona. Čitav južni zid prema moru je u staklu tako da prostor ima puno svjetla i sa balkonom čini jedan prostor. Apartman se nalazi na trećem katu kuće koja se nalazi u neposrednoj blizini centra grada (5 minuta ugodne šetnje uz more) te sa balkona ima otvoreni pogled na more i otoke budući se kuća nalazi u prvom redu uz more.

Ova kamena kuća za odmor, na otoku Braču smjestila se u prekrasnoj uvali na zemljištu površine 10 000 m2. Okružena maslinama i borovima sastoji se od dva odvojena objekta koji su povezani međusobno velikom terasom. Pruža uživanje u miru i tišini daleko od gužve i gradske buke. Idealna za miran obiteljski odmor ili opušteno druženje s prijateljima do kasnih nočnih sati. Želimo naglasiti da u potpunosti koristimo obnovljive izvore solarne energije.

A charming little house by the sea. 5' to center.

The apartment is located in surrounding center of Hvar city. It is situated in a small house structure with only one apartment surrounded by beautiful garden and it is fully furnished. You have the whole house for you. It has one bedroom with double bed and living room with a sofa. Sofa is not for sleeping. Kitchen is fully equipped without oven . Bathroom has a shower. Parking is not available.
