Ideally situated half way between Southampton centre and Southampton Uni, this calm and stylish space in a period property is a great place to unwind. The newly refurbished en-suite bedroom has its own front door, giving you privacy for your stay. Microwave and fridge provided. This en-suite bedroom is attached to the main house, but has its own entrance. NOTE: there is no access to the main house and no shared spaces. The area is quiet but close to shops and cafes and on the main bus routes.

The local pub is one corner away, Sainsbury local is up the road and there is a Voi station nearby.

Your own personal ensuite bathroom with shower. Direct access to the garden, and your own private entrance. We are a family run Airbnb in the City Centre Please be aware that if you have an enquiry, we can only respond within office hours, where your enquiry will be dealt with as a priority. We are still open for business for apartments that are booked. But any new queries. will be dealt with within these hours. 9am-5pm Mon - Fri GMT. Sat - Sun and bank holidays closed. An emergency contact number will be given if you have made a booking, and need to contact us out of hours.

Charming back-garden guest-house

This is a small guest house (one bedroom and one ensuite shower room/toilets - no other rooms available) in our back garden. It has its own outdoor space with a table and two chairs. It has its own access and privacy (from the main garden). The double bed is new and comfortable. We provide bedsheets and towels. We have a friendly medium size dog. Note that there is no kitchen. We have a kettle, a small fridge and a small microwave available in the room. There is no TV available.
