Mansión D. L. Evans

Este lugar único tiene un estilo propio. Construido en 1916. Publicado en el Registro Histórico Nacional. Suelos de madera incrustados, lámparas antiguas, muebles, alfombras. Armarios de madera y moldura en todas partes. Lleno de historia. D. L. Evans fue el presidente de la Cámara de Representantes de la Legislatura de Idaho en 1899 y su nieto, John Evans fue el gobernador en la década de 1980. La casa tiene seis dormitorios, dos baños, cocina, comedor, sala de estar, solárium, sala de juegos y biblioteca.

Tendrás unas vistas espectaculares de la cordillera Bear River al este, y podrás ver y oír balidos de ovejas, halcones volando, búhos ululando, relinchos de caballos, líneas de aspersión regando los campos y tractores trabajando en los campos lejanos.

We are close to anything you may need and have the WHOLE house to yourself! Central location, just a few blocks from downtown. We have a trampoline in the ground, park for the kids, new basketball court, big covered porch to sit and relax, and a super nice fire pit with lots of seating. Cozy space for a nice visit/get away! The neighbors are up on the street while we r down behind/below for peace. Says 10 for sleeping cause I have had lots of requests. There is also a hide a bed & air mattress.

Wonderful cabin located in Paradise, Utah. The main level has a great room with leather couches, fully stocked kitchen, half bath, TV with satellite dish, and large deck with gorgeous views of pond on property and the Little Bear River Bottoms. Basement level has gas stove, electric heat, two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bath. The patio has a grill, a large fire pit, and a large lawn area for games including volleyball. There is a one-acre pond for fishing, but no swimming or kayaking.

Enjoy a 2000' two bedroom walk-out BASEMENT with private entrance, bathroom, kitchen, laundry, aged pool table, home theater, and 50" TV, WiFi, and home theater powered by Roku. All this is completely separate from the house. Please let us know if you intend to use the second full bed in the home theater as it requires a little set-up time and effort. there is a single bed in the home theater you are welcome to use. This home is seven miles north of Logan in a beautiful safe neighborhood.
