Mi alojamiento está cerca de la zona monumental de Palermo y se encuentra inmerso en el ambiente de un barrio muy típico. Paseando se puede llegar a la zona peatonal del centro histórico (Porta Nuova), a los principales monumentos (Catedral, Norman Palace, Catacumbas de los Capuchinos, Quattro Canti, etc), a la Universidad, a los mercados históricos, restaurantes y pubs. Un alto espacio abierto con altillo, debajo del cual hay una cama de matrimonio y de arriba hay una cama de una plaza y media.

La posizione centrale fa si che ogni punto d'interesse è raggiungibile a piedi, da Piazza Marina alla Cattedrale, passando per i Quattro Canti. Il grande salone ha un ingresso indipendente, bagno privato, una piccola cucina e un balcone che dà su via della Loggia; dispone di un letto matrimoniale su soppalco e di un divano letto.

Si articola su due piani più un terrazzo e un terrazzino. Al piano terra c'è un soggiorno, una cucina ed un bagno completo di doccia. Al piano di sopra c'è una camera da letto, un bagno piccolo e un terrazzino dal quale si accede tramite una scala alla terrazza. La casa è dotata di aria condizionata.
