Located in a quiet neighborhood with a 5 minute walk to private beach, crystal clear water of Lake Huron. This home offers a completely remodeled bathroom and spacious bedrooms. Summer guests will enjoy private access to Van Etten Lake and water for swimming, fishing, or kayaking. In the winter this well insulated, tiny home has radiant heat, as well as the ambience of a woodstove.  Cross country skiing trails are nearby, as well as restaurants and shops!
