Quatre chambres de 2 personnes, équipées de la télévision ainsi qu’une salle de jeux/ bureau avec télévision également. Grand terrain avec 2 terrasses, salon de jardin, grand parking et barbecue en Corten. Cuisine totalement équipée. Pour un moment de déconnexion et de détente au calme et aux chants des oiseaux. Start a trail for hiking and cycling trails one step away of the cottage and explore the nature and little villages. Go on a citytrip to Maastricht and Valkenburg (10 min), Aachen or Liège (20 min). The cottage is located in the countryside in a small and quiet village, 2-4 km from supermarkets and shops.

Ein Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Doppelbett (1,80x2,00m) und ein Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten (0,90x2,00m), welche man auch zusammenstellen kann, ausgestattet.

Deze tussenwoning maakt deel uit van het woongedeelte van onze boerderij ( melkveebedrijf ) , en is gelegen aan een doodlopende weg met rondom schitterend uitzicht op de omringende weilanden en het unieke 5* heuvellandschap. Het woongedeelte van het huis is boven, gelegen onder het dak op de 3de verdieping. (woonkamer, keuken en badkamer met bad ). Hierdoor heb je rondom vrij uitzicht over de weilanden en het schitterende Limburgse land.

It's easy to get to the city by car (15-20 minutes), turning to the other direction it’s a short way to Eifel, Hohes Venn and Monschau. Check-in from 3.00 p.m. Check-out by 12.00 noon (Early Check-in and late check-out may be possible by appointment, depending on connecting bookings.)

The apartment is on the second floor of an old limestone building, around 350 years old. You sleep right under the roof in a cosy little bedroom or on a convertible sofa. The Dutch and German border are both about 8 km away.
