Dishwasher & washing machine, 2 km to supermarket. Trails for running and skiing right by house. Ski/skate/bike/kayak rental. Koppla av själv eller med hela familjen i detta fridfulla boende. Eller kanske ett hem för hårt arbetande att bo när arbetsdagen är slut. Njut av naturen utanför dörren. Magisk utsikt över havet, men ändå bara ca 15 minuter från Piteå centrum. Vintertid är det bara att promenera, åka skidor eller skoter ut på isen. För den skridskosugne plogas det även upp en isbana. Sommartid kanske ett dopp i havet lockar? Det finns även en möjlighet för fler personer att bo då sovstugan kan värmas upp.

Newly built farm house by the sea and beach with proximity to nature and the fireplace on the beach, use free equipment for cross-country skiing, kick-skating and ice fishing at the cottage. There is an ice road suitable for walking, cross-country skating and kick-skating. Forest paths for walking and picking berries, bathing jetty and sandy beach for swimming. Free access to bicycles, small boat and fishing equipment. Minimum 4 nights for booking unless otherwise agreed.

Vi erbjuder en modern bostad med en fin utsikt över havet. Tillgång till altan. Ni har stranden rakt nedanför, lugnt och skönt. Promenerar ni efter stranden 10 min så är ni på Pite Havsbad med alla dess faciliteter. Området vi bor i erbjuder många vackra stigar i natur reservatet. Det finns också många terräng cykelstigar. Mysigt boende med sjöutsikt i naturskönt område . Huset är delvis nyrenoverat 2020. På nedre plan finns ett stort vardagsrum, kök, stort badrum samt en liten toalett. På övre plan finns två sovrum med 6 sovplatser. - Tillgång till bastu finns i ett intilliggande hus, inklusive dusch och toalett. I huset finns också en bäddsoffa som rymmer två gäster. - Badstrand i närheten. - Närmaste matvarubutik finns i Bygdsiljum, 8 km bort - Närhet till slalombacke, 8 km.

Slappna av i detta unika och lugna boende i en fantastisk miljö. Här finns allt du behöver för ett bra boende för fyra personer. Bara 20 meter från Piteå Älv. På tomten finns en privat sandstrand för härliga bad. Det finns också möjlighet att låna bastun som ligger precis vid vattnet. Stugan är modern och nyrenoverad. Endast 10 minuter till Centrala Piteå. Nära affär och friluftsliv. Inga husdjur, rökning ej tillåtet. Slappna av och låt pulsen gå ned på Solberga!

Nice cottage in a rural setting near the coast

The cottage is located in a coastal village north of Piteå in a rural location. In the surroundings there are several smaller roads and paths that are nice to walk on. The sea is not far away with nice places to stay in both summer and winter. The landscape is characterized by traditional agricultural countryside. Many nice Norrbotten houses are nearby. The cottage is located next to our home but secluded.

Välkommen till Lill Backa och Loftet! Denna charmiga lägenhet ligger i en naturskön by 2 mil utanför Luleå stad och 15 minuters bilfärd från Luleå Airport. Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.
