This cozy three-bedroom home is just a short walk to the Lake Como beach and has all of the amenities to make your stay enjoyable including spacious bedrooms, smart TVs, fire pit, hot tub, pool table, foosball and karaoke. House is located 1.5 blocks from the lake and is less than a 10 minute drive to Lake Geneva. Featuring an outdoor hot tub, gated backyard and an amazing basement bar. Spend the afternoon shopping and enjoying the many activities the area has to offer. Spend the evening with a cocktail in the 4 person hot tub on the deck or have some s'mores by the firepit.

Enjoy the morning sunrise from the East and relax by the waterfront and watch the sunset on the West. Bring the family and enjoy some lake life where the days linger on longer. During the Summer months we have a pier available to fish off of. There are two fire pits, one by the lake and another tucked away near the house. You will love it here, it is very calm and relaxing.

I have a beautiful home on a fun lake. It is just 25 mins from Milwaukee and 50 mins from Madison. There are several bars and restaurants on&off the water; you can either walk, drive or boat to. I have a boat slip available if you want to bring your own 18' or smaller boat. There is a fire-table on the patio for those quiet nights sitting out under the stars. Winter is spectacular here too. Nearby is the Nashotah Park, with a dog park and hiking trails. Lions park has an area for parties.

Our 3 Bedroom, 12 Bathroom House is located directly on the shores of Lake Koshkonong. The back deck overlooks thousands of acres of lake with endless lake views. Just steps off the deck, one can enjoy the grassy landscape leading to the lakeside fire-pit. Then continue out onto the end of the 140 foot top notch pier. The pier (seasonally of course) includes a bench on the end and stairs into the water so that you can take a refreshing swim on our sandy bottom shoreline.
