The Little Green Cottage in PTW

This vintage style cottage was recently renovated and we are excited to be able to share it with guests. At 650 square feet we have designed every square inch to be usable. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths this cozy and comfortable space is perfect for couples or small families. It is located on a wooded lot in a quiet neighborhood and overlooks a creek. Easy walk (or take the bikes provided) to the white sandy of Mears Beach and the charming downtown shops that make Pentwater a summer destination.

Great Grandma's House near Ludington

Great Grandma’s House is located 3.5 miles away from downtown Scottville, 20 minutes from Stearns Park beach in Ludington, 31 minutes from Little 'O' ORV trails, several bike trails within driving distance and 2.5 miles from the Pere Marquette River. The property is located on the historic Maple Wood Farm in rural Scottville. Outdoor opportunities located near the house include: Ludington State Park, Bike Trails, Pere Marquette river and many other fishing and outdoor recreation areas.

Cute cottage close to the beach and downtown. Steps away from Mears State Park and Old Baldy. Older and modest cottage perfect for a beach visit or a quick getaway away to quaint Pentwater Village. This is not a fancy property. Parking available along with amenities. A cozy space for indoor visiting and outdoor talks. There is a tub/shower combination, electric heat, window a/c (it's a small space), kitchen with stove top, toaster oven and microwave, living area with two bedrooms.

Two bedroom home with queen beds and queen pull out in the living room. Single bath w/shower. The home features central air/heat, washer/dryer, WiFi, smart TV's w/ Roku streaming. Indoor or outdoor dining accomodations for up to 6 guest. Enjoy bon fire's and smores in the backyard fire pit, seats 6, split logs provided. Free parking, fully stocked kitchen, towels, beach towles and board games + more. Mears State Park (beach) 1.6 miles, downtown 0.8 mile walk along Pentwater Lake!

Entire 3-story unit on Pentwater Lake, right on the water's edge ONE mile to town! Direct Lake MI access. Bring your boat and enjoy the 40' dock! Walk out to the firepit area, enjoy the upper deck for views or cooking out on the gas grill. Three bedrooms w/queens, three queen sofa sleepers, 2 1/2 baths. The coffee pot is a Duo to make one cup or full standard pot, WIFI, Smart TV w/Roku, Linens, dishes, flatware, crockpot…No Pets allowed, no exceptions ($300 fee pet violation)

Lake Front Selah: Your Place to Rest & Play

Located on the charming Pentwater Lake, pull up a chair to the waters edge and enjoy watching the kids jump off the dock. Or grab one of the water boards and paddle you way off to an adventure. End each day with the sunset and roasting Marshmallows over the fire. Whatever says vacation to you, this is the place. Parking for 6+ vehicles/trailers on site. Pets possible. Additional studio apartment optional (queen bed, living room & full bath - $85/night plus $75 cleaning fee)

The Cottage

Small Charming Cottage set in a beautiful wooded setting. People who have stayed here have seen deer, raccoons, fox, woodpeckers, and listen to the sounds of whippoorwills in the evening. There is a small patio out back, with outdoor seating and grill, with a fire pit nearby. It is Private and romantic yet still close to Silver Lake, Stoney Lake and Lake Michigan. Equipped with a full kitchen, bath, and laundry. Heat and AC available, AC is removed during colder months.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil Barn Loft apartment. Enjoy the 1,000 feet of Carr Creek and abundant wildlife that surround this beautiful getaway. Fish the near by Pere Marquette River and hunt whitetail deer in season. Relax by the flowing pond and fire pit while grilling out. Great place for outdoor enthusiast, snowmobilers, and ATV riding, with an abundance of well marked trails. Ample covered parking for all of your toys. Bring your pet for a small fee.

Hilltop Cottage in Pentwater Village

This is a custom built vacation home with central air-conditioning, built in music speakers throughout the house and WiFi. We are 3 blocks from downtown, but secluded with that "up north" feel. This home is perfect for larger gatherings with plenty of room upstairs and on the lower level. Park your car and use the bikes already at the house to get around town or to the beach. Spend your evenings at the fire pit or on the screened in porch!

D & R Country Cottage

Relax with the family or friends at this peaceful, secluded cottage. Five minutes from US 31 highway and Whitehall yet completely in a country setting. Fifteen minutes from Michigan Adventures, Bluelake Fine Arts Camp and Owasippe Boy Scout camp. Close to the Manistee National forest. We are 10 minutes from quaint Whitehall, Whitelake and Montague Michigan. Lake Michigan beaches are just 15 minutes away.

Serenity Now Treehouse

Serenity Now Treehouse is a TRUE treehouse built in four strong Oak trees on the property behind our home alongside Silver Creek. Here you’ll find the perfect place to unplug for a couple of days of peace and tranquility. We’ve also recently added a prayer chapel along the side of our home for our family, friends and treehouse guests to have a special place to pray and connect with God if you would like.
