The Riverhaus

Welcome to the Riverhaus! Established in 2020, this sanctuary was thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. This 2-acre gated estate with a 1,900 sqft home and 100' of waterfront on the Pedernales River sleeps 8 comfortably and boasts a private outdoor Biergarten as well as a cabinet of lawn games, two firepits, multiple seating areas, and a fleet of non-motorized boats to enjoy on the river. Situated on the upper level of the property is a spacious two-story home. Take advantage of numerous amenties including a gameroom, lending library, two work stations, Roku television, Wii gaming system and Yoga equipment. Enjoy your morning coffee on one of the two decks as you listen to the sound of windchimes and wildlife. On the lower level under a canopy of old Oak trees, you can roast s'mores on another firepit or walk down to the water's edge to fish, swim, kayak, canoe or paddleboard. Life jackets are provided (Two adult, four child, & two infant). ***Disclaimer*** River levels are currently very low at this time.

Cabin In The Woods

Come stay for a relaxing time overlooking the San Gabriel River with a beautiful panoramic view. It is a safe wonderful get-a-way for fresh air and shaded walks. The Cabin has its own driveway/parking.There is a well defined path, 5 min walk to the River, where you can relax, picnic,swim, Kayak or fish. At Cabin we have Volleyball, Cornhole, Horseshoes, Tetherball, Fire-pit wood, pool for you and your family to enjoy in warm weather with privacy. *Sorry but we will not be able to host parties.

Blue Cabin On The River w/ Hot Tub

Cabin with private river access and hot tub is just what you're hoping for. Master bedroom is set apart from the cabin downstairs with copper tub, open shower, king bed, flat screen TV, and private entrance. Main part of cabin has 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 queen bed, other with bunk bed(twin & full). Also, a nice kitchen, dining room, and living room with flat screen TV, foldout couch, and tons of natural light. Private spot on the river! Market days with over 700 vendors 1st weekend of the month.

Come stay at our cabin located outside the charming Dripping Springs, TX! Creekside Casita is the perfect place to enjoy a quiet and serene stay. The cabin is located on 10 acres of property and only 10 minutes away from the Hamilton Pool Preserve and Milton Reimers Ranch Park. Guests are welcome to enjoy the creek that runs seasonally through our property. Whether a sunrise or sunset the hill country views are breathtaking! Lake Marble Falls Cozy Casita & Cabana

Relax and unwind at this romantic getaway under a canopy of pecan trees with a yard full of deer. Float Lake Marble Falls and fish in one of 2 kayaks. Quaint 500 square foot suite for visitors who want to spend time hiking or kayaking. Grill a meal at the cabana and finish the evening building a crackling fire under the stars while sipping a glass of wine! Perfect for a couple with possibly one child or girlfriends who share a bed! *Cabana will have spider webs, nature always wins!

Milda’s She Shed (Cozy Cabin)

Located on 4 acres nestled in the Hill Country just 30 minutes west of downtown Austin, our cabin is a great space for wine, beer, or distillery visits/tours. Hamilton Pool and Pedernales Falls State Park are close by as well. Also a great spot if you’re coming for a wedding. ***Please note that this cabin has an incinerator toilet, called “Incinolet”. It is clean and easy to use, although somewhat rustic. We will provide instructions for proper use at check in.***

Canoe (1) and kayaks (three touring/fishing and one whitewater) included in rental. Nearby attractions include Longhorn Caverns, Inks Lake State Park, National Fish Hatchery, wineries, and restaurants in nearby towns of Marble Falls and Kingsland.
