The Tree Cabin

The heated tree cabin is set within a small secluded wood up a steep path. Cedar lined, insulated and oak clad it cantilevers out over a remote mill pond. Wake up in a tranquil heaven only shared with shy wildlife, including deer, hare, the odd badger and a variety of birds. In the cabin are a king-size plus bed, table and chairs, kitchen area with induction plate, microwave oven & toaster. Your own smaller tree cabin, a few trees away, houses a flushing toilet and hand basin with spring water.

Wood Cottage is a very calm, tranquil get away for you to unwind, relax, and enjoy the surroundings in it's own private grounds with its own lakes, woodland walk and ever growing wild life ,barn owl ,fish to enjoy. Whether you love soaking in the hot tub or sauna on the terrace in the perfect calming setting to take you to a different level of chill or a nice evening cooking and then getting cosy infront of the log burner fire. With in a few miles there are country pubs for food and drinking.

Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

You can find the Monocoque Cabin online as well 😉 I designed and built it with friends, inspired by the laminated plywood construction of the WW2 De Havilland Mosquito. 🏆 Airbnb OMG! New Build 2013 in the heart of the Peak District - Youlgrave, nr Bakewell. Plenty of private parking. (No pets - sorry). 200 yards from the Limestone Way. A walk in any direction is beautiful. 3 pubs within 10 mins walk all serve food. Peak feast bakery for cakes, bread, coffee, homity pies and delicious vegetarian food. A well-stocked village shop with cafe for all other needs, a licensed post office. Fantastic views from your 'studio' bedroom.

Beautiful secluded romantic lake house retreat

Located right on the water's edge of Rudyard Lake in a conservation area of the Staffordshire Moorlands, this bespoke boathouse conversion is an ideal romantic break for 2 in a very beautiful, quiet setting surrounded by woodland with perfect views up and down the lake. Although we can accommodate 4 in total, Inglenook boathouse is most suited for couples. The sofa bed is comfortable for up to two children but not suitable for two adults.
