The sunny open plan living area is equipped with a 50" smart tv, complete with Chromecast. Netflix and WIFI are provided. The kitchen is well equipped, including dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Outdoor living is provided on sunny side of the house. Secure garaging is available. The home is fresh, modern and comfortable - great to relax and unwind in.

You'll have your own area in our spacious home at the end of a quiet cul de sac with off-street parking, a short distance from the beach, shops & restaurants. You'll be welcomed with a complimentary drink. You have your own entry, sunny bedroom (bed has a near new mattress), bathroom (incl bath, candle & bath oils) & dining room with a continental breakfast provided & coffee from a pod machine. A microwave & toaster are available. Checking in outside of 3-5pm is only by prior approval.

Great coastal panoramic views with beautiful sunsets, Only 8 min's drive to Papamoa surf beach and shopping etc. The cottage is in a peaceful, rural setting in the Papamoa hills, with native Tui and Wood pigeon etc around, The cottage is adjacent to our own house and yet private, we respect your privacy and keep non intrusive to your stay and space unless required. Sea Peeks

Original Kiwi holiday home from the past that has been added to and modernised to give you an ideal relaxed and comfortable holiday stay. This comfortable north facing fully fenced, three bedroom bach has great indoor/outdoor flow an outdoor hot shower and plenty of outdoor space to play. The Bach sits two houses back from the beach with peaceful sounds of the waves and peeks of the sea and Motiti Island. Pets are welcome to join you for you stay (refer to Pet House Rules below).

Shady Grove Cabin

Shady Grove is located in Papamoa within walking distance of a beautiful sandy beach, wide selection of good restaurants and shops. The cabin is situated in a park like environment surrounded by mature trees. Downtown Mount Maunganui is only 15 minutes away. Rotoura and it outstanding lakes is only 45 a minute drive. The shower and toilet are a separate(1.5m) heated unit directly next to bedroom. The cabin is designed and located to ensure a restful and relaxing stay.

Whitesands Beach House

Modern with beautiful decor, this spacious beach house is perfect for families and group getaways. Stroll to the beach across the road or enjoy the stunning views of the ocean from the large deck where you can relax on the outdoor furniture.
