The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692

Delight in the bright colors and cat decor, with all the ameownities you need! Centrally located close to restaurants, shopping, and halfway between Downtown and Padre Island! The comewnity boasts an adorable lake, with ducks and geese you can feed, a pool, and a bbq area! If you will be missing your kitty, a shelter cat can even join you for an additional donation!

Corpus House

**No pet fees** Private 2-bedroom home with a queen-size bed in each bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms. 1 is fully private and the other is partially private. This means you have to walk through 1 bedroom to get to the fully private bedroom. The living room has a sofa sleeper that is a queen pullout bed. 1 bathroom. A huge yard with plenty of room to park your boat or RV with locking gates. This old but quiet and safe Flour Bluff neighborhood is close to the beach and even closer to the bay.

However, we kept the charm of the original cottages, leaving the teak wood floors, stained glass and original doors.
