Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Cozy & Warm Private Cabin | Easy walk to the beach

Escape to this cozy cabin, blending relaxation and fun—just a 4-minute, easy walk (less than two blocks) to the beach. Enjoy a large TV, electric fireplace, full kitchen, and thoughtful extras like coffee and laundry detergent. The spacious yard is perfect for grilling on the gas BBQ or lawn games. The Coho Cottage is luxurious yet surprisingly spacious. You'll love the high end finishes and thoughtful accommodations. The 2 bed (1 queen and 1 full), 2 bath home sleeps 4. Almost every square inch is accounted for. This amazing location is just a 5 minute walk to the beach the locals call the "turn around". Convenient public boat launch is just a 3 minute walk which is great for kayaks and SUPs. The Pelican Pub is about a 15 minute walk. You cannot beat this location!

The proximity to the river (with private dock) offers an opportunity to experience the magic of a tidal river that is teeming with life. This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.

Watch eagle soar, whales pass by, seals swim, waves form and break, sunsets, and if you're lucky watch the commercial crabbing vessels brave the open waters. Welcome to River Rest on the beautiful Nestucca River! Our four bedroom, two bathroom home is the perfect retreat for families or couples who want to relax on the river. The backyard is the river, so sit back and enjoy the view. Bring your own watercraft to launch off of our dock, or use the double kayak or canoe that is available. We are quick walk to the beach, too.
