Driftwood cottage is a compact and beautiful detached 18th century stone cottage, set in it's own small garden and based in the idyllic hamlet of Cwm Ivy in North Gower. A magical walk from the property leads through the Whitford National Nature Reserve to both Whitford Sands and Broughton Bay (both are within half a mile). The Gower peninsular offers an array of beautiful coastal walks, open grasslands, woodland and marsh walks. It also boasts some of the most spectacular beaches in the UK.

It is good for couples or a family, for the beach, or lots of walks, or functions at Oxwich Bay Hotel. We are just a 5min stroll from the centre of the village, where you will find a convenience store, fish & chip shop and the spectacular sandy Oxwich Bay beach, stretching to Three Cliffs. Also in walking distance are plenty of countryside walks, the popular Beach House Restaurant, Oxwich Bay Hotel and the castle.
