The neighbors in our cul-de-sac are trees and cardinals (the birds not the baseball players.) Quiet enough to work, work, work. Spacious enough to play, play, play. Look out over the field for a beautiful sunrise. On a clear night, the stars are amazing! Enjoy nature and take a walk along our creek. Spend some time in our little town at our local shops and restaurants.... We live in the country between Carrollton and Jerseyville. (There is no WiFi.)

The Studio joins our sister Grafton Getaway locations and is located on 3 acres just 7 minutes from town. Bring the kids for pond fishing and rock play pit or have a couples retreat in this cozy studio home. Walk the property which has fruit trees and a dry creek bed, or enjoy our hammocks, rocking chairs, record player etc that Grafton Getaway Guesthouses are known for. Our Towering Pines rental home is on the other side of driveway.
