Eingebettet in ein Naturschutzgebiet befindet sich unser Haus auf einem 1500m² großen Grundstück inmitten von Oliven-, sowie einigen Feigen- und Zitronen-Bäumen. Auf diversen Terrassen findet ihr Sofas und Sessel zum verweilen - gerne könnt ihr Stuhl und Tisch in den Olivenhain oder ans Meer mitnehmen um euren eigenen Lieblingsplatz zu finden. Die beiden Apartments sind identisch ausgestattet und liegen nebeneinander mit separaten Eingängen - die Ausstattung ist nachhaltig und hochwertig.

The Casa Barbiere Hvar was built in 2023, located in the old town core of Jelsa. The style of the house is luxurious, traditional, and Mediterranean. The house spans across two floors, with a large living room, kitchen, and toilette located on the ground floor. The first floor comprises of three rooms, each with its own bathroom and AC. The house has a beautiful garden adorned with a variety of flowers and plants, and a stunning pool that provides a perfect oasis for relaxation.

Das Haus ist mit einem offenen Wohn- und Esszimmer ausgestattet und verfügt im Obergeschoss über 2 geräumige Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer. Comfy and a bright space with a two balconies with a beautiful view. One balcony is oriented to the city port and other one to the sea and island Brac. The apartment is placed in the quiet part of Jelsa, but really close to the city centre. Big sand beach is just 5 minutes walk from the apartment. You can also swim literally in the front of the apartment, on the small dock. Market is 5 minutes walk, same as the main square.

Villa Zanino is beautifully, lovingly and patiently restored 18th century stone house. The property is situated in a picturesque village of Velo Grablje, approximately 10 min drive from Hvar town centre and 5 minutes drive away from the first beach. In the village, there are only 15 residents, so loud noises aloud. parties are not permitted.
