The Machiya Inn「Crimson」has been converted into the licensed accommodation, which can accommodate up to 4 people. We rent it out to only one group at a time. Traditional Japanese House 74㎡ Osaka Namba KIX

This is a newly renovated old Japanese house, a middle-class residence built in 1929 and renovated in 2017. It is a legal accommodation permitted by the city of Osaka. Located in the southern part of Osaka, a very quiet residential area. 10 minutes away from the nearest subway station, Kishinosato. It is easy to reach Namba, Umeda by subway, KIX and Koyasan by Nankai Railway. The 7-11 convenience store is one minute away. The Sento public bath is also very close to my house.

築約100年の京町家を少しモダンに改修しました。 昭和の面影と共に元医院だった我が家の歴史を少し感じていただける家です。 小さな庭と古いピアノがあります。 家は二階建ですが、お貸しできるのは完全に独立した一階部分(約66平米)です。玄関は独立しており、庭の一部もゲスト専用です。 東寺から徒歩3分、京都駅からタクシーで5分、徒歩20分で、街の中心、観光スポットへの交通の便も良い場所です。 ＊ページに最初に表示される料金はお1人で使用される場合の料金です。(日により料金は変わります)　2人様以上の場合、お１人につき3800円の追加料金をいただいております。 また京都市では宿泊税が徴収されていますが、当施設での宿泊税、ゲスト1人1泊400円は、表示される宿泊費に含まれています。 現在週割、月割実施中です(カレンダーでご確認下さい)。カレンダーがブロックされている日でもご予約が可能な日がありますので、まずお問い合わせください。(本年10月のご予約は受付中ですが、ご希望の日程と人数を明記して、メッセージでお問い合わせ下さい。)

Kyoto Machiya Arashiyama "Hanare" araka-tanaka

Kyoto Arashiyama "Hanare" araka-tanaka was registered as "Kyoto Important Landscape Architectural Monuments". It is a traditional Japanese 'Kyo-Machiya' located in scenic Arashiyama, on the west side of Kyoto. The train station (JR Saga Arashiyama Sta. 5min walk away) is from there it's 12-17 minutes to JR Kyoto Station. Arashiyama is with its beautiful scenery, the Hozu and Ooi Rivers with its romantic 'Moon-Crossing Bridge Togetsukyo,' the bamboo grove, etc...

Our room is located in Yao Osaka prefecture. It's a quite and safe place where there are lots of families in the neighborhood. It's between Kintetsu-Yao and Kawachi-Yamamoto station. It takes about 15minutes on foot from both of the stations. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls near the station. Our room is modern Japanese style, and Host lives next door. Please don't hesitate to ask us anytime.

Tabitabi Shinsen | Kyoto Machiya near Nijo Castle

[Tabitabi Shinsen] is a traditional two-storey machiya , which was built in the Taisho era with more than one hundred years history. The name Shinsen comes from one of the oldest famous courtyard in Kyoto during Heian Period, "Shinsenen", which is located near our house. Here, you can experience the original and traditional Japan and the ingenuity of combining modern elements with traditional craftsmanship.
