This one-bed 475 sq ft waterfront home offers stunning views on prime waterfront, it comes complete with a 2 well doc (one boat lift 8000 lbs, both 10 feet wide by 30 feet long), 2 PWC lifts as well as 2 kayaks. Private, cozy little cabin originally built in 1945. It's an ideal location to enjoy beautiful Lake of the Ozark's. The updated cabin is close to restaurants, shopping, boat launches, and golf courses. Queen bed, full sofa sleeper and a twin XL in the loft. Small bathroom has a shower.

Private cabin on beautiful Lake of the Ozarks. Relax, swim or fish from the dock, enjoy a cocktail and a gorgeous sunset! We now have 2 kayaks available for rent. 25/day per kayak. You can pay if/when you use them. Just please give us a heads up. Life jackets for your use on the dock. Please note we do not rent kayaks if water temp. is below 65F. Get ready to make memories at this large WATERFRONT lake home! It is within the TanTarA Estates which is adjacent to the Margaritaville Resort. It features a concrete 32' deep by 30' wide dock with swim platform. Our cove is tucked far back, so you’ll avoid dealing with large main channel waves. Any stays 28 days or longer will require any guests 18 years old or older to complete a background check, credit score check, and sign a lease agreement. All payments are made through AirBNB.

The 12’ x 30’ slip can be seen from the deck, close enough to call in fishermen for dinner time! Close to the mall, great restaurant selection, and PB2 which offers trailer parking. Nice long path along the lake and a view of trees with the State Park just across the water. NO TRAILER PARKING ON-SITE

Ideal for a quiet getaway or short-term stay, it features a queen bedroom, smart TVs, high-speed internet, a cozy living and dining area, and a kitchenette with sink, compact fridge, microwave, air fryer, and induction burner. Includes private laundry, stand-up shower, free parking, dock access, kayaks, and a private patio with fire pit. Shared HVAC set at 70°.

This is not a lake front property but it's elevated above all of the houses in front of it so you will still feel like you are on the lake. In the morning when the sun rises and bounces off the lake it might give you goose bumps. After 3 years of owning this house I still get them.
