The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet & another 56" TV. There’s a 3/4 bathroom w/ tiled shower. The living room has a couch that pulls out to a king size memory foam mattress. The unit is about 2mi from campus and 1mi from downtown.

Welcome to our fully remodeled, energy efficient home, centrally located in the mountains of Missoula. Our home is a short 10 minute bike ride to downtown or a $12 Lyft. We hope you will enjoy our open concept one bedroom, one bath house. The location is a quiet street in the Rattlesnake area walking distance (less than 1 mile) from downtown Missoula, the University of Montana and the Clark Fork River and only a couple of blocks from several major trailheads. Features: full kitchen with range, fridge, and microwave; dining area; full bathroom; and queen size bed. The carriage house is located above the garage with alley access and off street parking. Guests have access to the new side deck with seating and gas BBQ grill.

This fun cottage is located on the east side of the Bitterroot Valley, bordered on three sides by state land, so there is room to hike. A 10 minute drive brings you to the Bitterroot River, known for its excellent fly fishing. Across the valley are numerous trail heads that lead into the Bitterroot Mountains. By renting with us, guests agree to the terms of the contract. 2 night minimum stay. No animals allowed due to pet dander that is difficult to remove, and severe allergies to it.
