Very cosy 1 bedroom apartment in the famous Nyhavn facing a courtyard. Great location close to restaurants, cafes and shopping. Walking distance. The apartment is ideal for 2 people. It is possible to be 4 people, but it is with floor bed mattresses in the living room. Please note that there are 3 sets of stairs from the house door to the apartment door. No elevator. I normally live in the apartment myself, so it’s fully stocked with equipment and amenities.

It is facing the courtyard, but with an open window you can still hear the rich city life in the background The neighborhood is filled with cafes, bars and shopping opportunities. The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. It is perfect for a couple. It has a 200 x 180 bed in the bedroom and a new sleep sofa.

Being located in the heart of Copenhagen, just 50 meters from the Nyhavn canal (see photos), you will be surrounded by restaurants, bars and... water. However, the fact that it is on a side street, and on the 3rd floor, keeps the noise outside. Metro is 500 meters away. Pets and smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
