Rainbow House - Entire Place

This beautifully designed and sympathetically restored barn conversion features many original features, and Rainbow House dates back to 1908 where it was an integral part of the town as Rainbow Farm providing a milking place for the local milk man Fred Rainbow. This lovely property is situated 2 minutes walk from Lutterworth town centre with various shops, cafe’s, restaurants and pubs, all within easy walking distance.

The Highland Hut

Located in beautiful countryside, with its own private wood burning hot tub and fire pit, as well as five furry faced friends to keep you entertained, the Highland Hut cannot be beat when it comes to having a relaxing break. Marigold, Honey bee, Coco, Arnold and Bertie are our gorgeous highland cattle that live in the field the Hut is located in. (Don’t worry, there is a fence to keep them from joining you in the hot tub!) They really are incredible and will make your stay here one to remember.

Beautiful views & Private Entry Double bedroom

This freshly refurbished room offers compact self catering facility, within a beautiful rural setting, with lovely views and local walks/cycle routes, yet close to all necessary amenities in Henley-in-Arden and Hockley Heath, just a few (three) minutes drive away, with plenty of local pubs, restaurants, cafes to choose from. Airport parking may be possible as the location is a short drive away from Birmingham Airport & The NEC. Blythe valley, JLR and Solihull are also local for staying guests.

The Grazing Guest House

This is a beautiful, purpose converted guest house with one main bedroom and two small doubles in an upstairs mezzanine. It is beautifully appointed and set in an amazing shared garden with pond and water feature. The property is 0.7 miles from the motorway, with little traffic disturbance. It also has an electric charger for EVs - at a small extra cost. The property is designed with sustainability in mind and boosts IR heating and bamboo floors. Offa Hideaway is very comfortable, & close to everything Leamington has to offer. Enjoy surprising peace just 15 minutes' walk from the centre of town. Located in Knowle next to Grimshaw Hall which was built in 1560 with private views overlooking the lake, down a private road with car park and a separate private entrance. Our cosy cottage sits within the grounds of our home, which used to form part of the Grimshaw Hall estate. It has secluded private views with use of its own garden area with table and chairs on a private decking area. We are located 10 mins from the NEC and airport, 3 mins from J5 M42. The Grand Union Canal runs to the rear.

Located in rural Berkswell, The Annex @ Barn Lodge is 15 mins from the NEC with easy access to road, air & rail networks. A self contained, beautifully presented annex featuring a lounge/kitchen & flexible sleeping accommodation for up to 4 guests (2 single beds with a 3rd pullout bed upstairs and a single guest bed downstairs). There is limited headroom in places. Set in gated grounds with a pond & lawns, guests can use a fire pit, BBQ, outside pool table and seating areas. Ample parking.
