Located near the highest village in Britain, Flash, in the beautiful Peak District National Park, 1540 above sea level, in the winter we do get some snow, the Hay Loft has been designed to create a great base for exploring the countryside. On it’s doorstep are; Dragon’s Back Ridge, Chrome Hill, Axe Edge Moor and Buxton. We are only 30 minutes from Mam Tor, Bakewell and Chatsworth House. Curlews fly around the farm. Within a mile is Flash Bar Stores serving breakfast, lunch, cakes and groceries.

Located in the picturesque area of Swythamley/Wincle surrounded by an abundance of wonderful places to visit. Looking for a relaxing break, or need a place to stay for a wedding, this is the perfect getaway set in the stunning Cheshire countryside. Set within 16acres of grassland, with a great view out over the pond, Waters Edge has plenty of wildlife to spot. There is a lovely walk around the local sand quarry with a stop off at the Waggon & Horses and if you fancy something longer you can head up to the cloud or the roaches. You are a two minute drive to Sandhole Oak Barn and The Plough Inn.

Relaxing couples getaway with hot tub

Our Couples' Hideaway is in a very private location accessed by electric gates, with a hot tub and summerhouse that are never overlooked. It has a large, dog secure deck set in mature trees. Although in the grounds of a larger holiday park we are completely unconnected with them and clean and manage this pristine lodge ourselves, getting rave reviews pretty much 100% of the time. The lodge is nestled in an area renowned for walking and cycling and is on the edge of the Peak District.

The Stables Cottage

The Stables Cottage is a modern and spacious one bedroom cottage with original oak beam features and underfloor heating. All rooms are on the ground floor, with an en-suite king-sized bedroom with walk-in shower. The open-plan living space provides a lounge with dinning area and fully equipped kitchen. The patio doors can be opened back onto the large patio with outdoor seating. Guests can also enjoy the spacious shared gardens with wonderful views of the Staffordshire Moorlands.

If you are looking to have a relaxing break away from life’s stresses then The Woodland Watch is perfect. The hut is warm and cosy with all modern amenities set on a working dairy farm. Unwind with the beautiful views and stunning sunsets whilst listening to the woodland wildlife. There are also many lovely walks in our area and good access to local shops. We also have a two bedroomed property called Rock End Retreat located at the same address if guests wish to bring a larger group.
