Enjoy all the amenities like outdoor pool, hot tub, spa, gym, valet, downstairs restaurant and bar, etc. It’s truly a luxury experience at a five star hotel. no resort fee! (most hotels on Las Vegas strip charges ~$40/day resort fee)

Palms 53rd floor strip view

1 floor below the Penthouse level is the 53rd Floor Strip View. Palms 🌴maids now charge $153 cleaning fee starting Jan 1, 2026. Plus a Deposit for the hotel is required. $100 ea day. (We are not allowed to use our own maids at a cheaper cost.) 1.2 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. Fully furnished, I installed an 85 in Fire TV, across from the king bed, with sleeper sofa, a rainfall shower, jetted tub, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

VDARA Suite • No Resort Fee, Walk to Bellagio/ARIA

Stay at the luxurious Vdara condo on the 25th floor, featuring a king bed and a sofa bed. Enjoy complimentary valet parking and access to all Vdara facilities with no resort fees.
