Washer/Dryer, Wi-Fi, Lots of Parking, Large Fire Pit, Kayaks, Sleds (winter), Pedal Boat, Life Jackets, Coffee Machine (with coffee), Tea Kettle, Hot Tub, BBQ and TV. Lake is great for fishing, beautiful trails for trekking. Full linens and towels included in this spacious and serene space.

Lakeside Guesthouse

Our home is situated 10 minutes from the friendly city of North Bay on the shores of beautiful Trout Lake. We have over 1600 sq. ft. of living space that has been recently renovated with high end finishes. The Airbnb is the complete ground floor just steps from the water. The hosts live on the top floor and have separate entrances. Small pets are allowed but not on the furniture and beds. We do expect that you clean up after them. There is a $20 pet fee for with the extra cleaning.

Walking distance to dining, theatres, shopping, and cafes. Short drive to Arrowhead Park, Algonquin Park, Deerhurst Resort, and Summit Centre.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv.
