The apartment is located on the quiet street Kronborggade (4th floor, no elevator), but runs parallel to the very hip street Jægersborggade and from the livingroom and balcony you can enjoy a beautiful park view. 8 min walk to the nearest subway. Perched on my favourite street in inner Nørrebro. 50 meters from some of the best bars and restaurants in the city. My apartment is my home and is the culmination of my work and travels over the past 17 years. Inside you'll find original artworks by Richard Serra, Sterling Ruby, Kenneth Willardt, and myself. Rare books everywhere. Plants cover the windows and floor. The beautiful bathroom was designed by me and executed by Frama. The kitchen is also a custom unit by Frama in Copenhagen.

A lovely, light, modern apartment with a very high ceiling and big windows with great view. The bedroom is on a loft above the bathroom to make optimal use af space. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can be converted into a double bed or two single beds. It’s possible to drive by the metro or bus directly to the center of Copenhagen in only 12 min. From the airport to the apartment by Metro in just 30 min. The Metro station is only 300 meter from the apartment.

The famous street "Strøget" is an arms length from the apartment, and runs through the entire midtown. It is perfect for a couple. It has a 200 x 180 bed in the bedroom and a new sleep sofa.
