Urban and lively, but at the same time secluded and a stone's throw from the water's edge. The best Oslo has to offer. Ongoing work at a new building direction Sørenga. Det er kort vei til Operaen/Oslo S med trikk (ca.18 min), men også bydeler som Grunerløkka, Sagene, St.Hanshaugen og Majorstua ligger i nærheten. Leiligheten er delvis pusset opp i 2023 med totalrenovert bad og malte vegger. Ny tv, sofa og seng (180cm bred). Arbeidsplass på soverom. Privat vestvendt balkong.

Beautiful home in the heart of Oslo, Grünerløkka.

My apartment is surrounded by the beautiful parks Botaniske Hage, Tøyenparken and Sofienbergparken. The popular Grünerløkka is just a short walk away with the coffee shops, restaurants, concert venues, shops etc. Just outside the building you can take both buses and trams which will take you downtown in 5 min. Or you can enjoy a 15 minute walk. No TV, but a projector and Hdmi-cable is available for streaming. My dog is never in the flat when it is rented out on Airbnb.

Sea view, a few meters to jetty and beaches. Rent single/double kayak. Bikes, fishing gear and tennis gear available for free.
