Even though you are less than a mile from downtown St. Charles and 4 miles to the Geneva train station you have a private area. You may see deer out your window overlooking the pool and tennis. Recently titled the Hallmark House by a customer! This house is on the I&M walking and biking trail and is a remodeled 750 square ft historic canal house in Utica. Walk or Bike two blocks into the center of town and enjoy meals and local drinks. Two Bedrooms and a Bathroom and a large modern kitchen. Relax in the living room with a small electric fireplace. Beautiful country setting with lots of natural light and located on a working farm. Golf courses 2-3 miles from Canal House.

Come stay in our carriage house turned guest house!, the property has a swimming pool available during swimming season, which is June thru September. a separate Hot Tub and new BBQ for your private use; please indicate if you intend to use the pool during your stay, we need an hours notice to remove the cover; the hot tub is always ready to use. You will be sure to enjoy the proximity to restaurants, shopping in Ottawa, parks such as Starved Rock, and a variety of festivals.

Ottawa has great places to dine and Washington Park in downtown Ottawa has the must see Lincoln-Douglas Debate fountain and statue.

Your studio features pinball machines, arcade games, billiards, ping-pong, wood burning fire place as well as a wood burning fire pit and much more. Firewood available for $2 a log.

Quaint Batavia Coach House

The Coach House is located behind our house. It is a private and separate little house. It is located close to the river path and lots of restaurants. The upstairs is one big room that has 1 queen and 2 twin beds. The upstairs also has a full bath. The TV in main living area on first floor is not hooked up to cable, but you can log into all of your apps and have access to news via YouTube TV, Netflix, Prime etc.
