Accessible to the ITS83 snowmobile trail system, hunting, fishing, boating, and ATV trail. Located on the shores of Mud Lake. Don’t let the name fool you. This is a beautiful lake in Northern Maine.

House is located on 88 acres with beautiful views. House has 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom with king size bed. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and 2 bedrooms each with a twin bed. There are two living rooms, an office and kitchen. Trails are easily accessible by both ATV and snowmobile. Property is within 5 minutes of both Little Madawaska and Madawaska Lake. Long Lake is within 15 miles. There are 3 man made ponds on the property along with multiple walking trails in which you may see wildlife.

The loft has approx. 900 square feet of open space with a natural and comfortable atmosphere to relax or work. Well stocked kitchen, groomed nature trails to hike, ski or snow shoe. The main house has a hot tub that is private and for your enjoyment during your stay where you can enjoy the breathtaking Saint John River view. Small kitchen includes small electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, dishes and some cookware and Crockpot. Smart TV and WiFi. Bedding and towels provided. Full bath NO PETS. No smoking or vaping on premise or property.

Relax with the whole family or all your best pals. We are directly across the road from ITS90, this is one of the main snowmobile trails in Aroostook County. We are 3 miles from town (Caribou). There are four bedrooms, two with two twin beds, one room with a queen bed, and one room with a king size bed.
