Sleeps 8 people WITH the use of an air mattress that is provided. A smart TV in the living room and another smart TV in one bedroom with a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen, and high speed Wi-Fi. NO parties or rehearsal dinners. We know that there is a wedding venue in the vicinity and ask that all parties remain at the venue.

The extra large deck overlooks 150 Acres of fields, private wetland, and pond where you can fully relax & enjoy the farm experience. If you are visiting your child at Cedarville University (CU) or looking to jump on the Bike Trail for a beautiful day ride, this is the place for you! CU is a short 2 min drive through downtown Cedarville. The Bike Trail is located on the South end of town making it a mere 0.3 miles away. We are also close to The Historic Clifton Mill (7 min), Young's Jersey Dairy (15 min), Yellow Springs (12 min), Greene County Fairgrounds (15 min).
