Welty Place is a relaxing getaway nestled in the beautiful Laurel Highlands, yet conveniently located right along Route 982. It is just minutes from Arnold Palmer Airport and the city of Latrobe, as well as Westmoreland Fairgrounds. Pittsburgh is within an hours drive. It has a new queen bed, sleeper sofa, a kitchenette and a full bathroom with a private entrance on the 2nd floor of a beautiful 1890s Pittsburgh mansion. It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).

It's only 1.2 miles from Latrobe Excela Hospital, which caters to traveling medical professionals. Nearby parks and attractions make it a great spot for several days of relaxation. Ohio Pyle, Falling Water, or downtown Pittsburgh could even be a one day activity.

The apartment is behind the Hampton Inn and across from the 2nd hole at Tom’s Run Golf Course. This apartment is also very close to the Chestnut Ridge Golf Course, Walmart, local restaurants, state/local parks, biking/hiking trails, and river access.
