It is near all major tourist destinations in central Adriatic. The apartment has a large yard in which children especially enjoy. Also you have outdoor shower. In every bedroom you can find TV and air conditoner. The distance from the beach is about 450 meters, and from apartment trade is not far. To Zadar is 20 minutes by car.

Tu je velik vanjski kamin te natkrivena terasa. U prizemlju kuće smještena je kuhinja s prostranim dnevnim boravkom i blagavaonicom, unutarnji kamin te WC. The house is in the center of old town, originally built in 1813, and was owned by a noble family Vlatkovic-Kontini. Newly renovated, it offers comfort and amenities needed for enjoyable vacation.
