コロナウイルス対策として室内を殺菌用オゾン燻蒸をしています。また、アルコール、次亜塩素水により殺菌消毒をして衛生管理に努めています。どうか安心してお過ごし下さい。自己所有ビルの3階（エレベーターはありません）で、リビング(10畳)、キッチン(10畳)、二間(6畳*2)の2LDKです。JR岡山駅より200m程度の距離にあります。路面電車、定期バス、観光、シャトルバス乗り場もすぐ近くにあります。高島屋、イオン、ドンキホーテ、飲食店、図書館、西川緑道公園もすぐ近くにあります。短期旅行、短期岡山暮らし、出張、通学等にご利用下さい。チエックイン前、チエックアウト後など、時間外の荷物を預かります。 車の場合は、近くに有料駐車場があります(説明します)。バイク、軽四車でしたら我ビル角に無料で止められる場合があるので、ご相談下さいpm6~am7)。 ペットをお連れの場合は事前に大きさと数を知らせて下さい。部屋にペット用の簡易フエンスを用意します。ペットマットがあればお持ち下さい。他のゲストの迷惑になりますので体毛、糞尿のしつけのできてない子は外に出さないでください。（別途料金総額1000円を頂きます）

The Uno port ferry is 3 min by nearby train (14 by EA bike) so we serve as an ideal gateway to the Inland Sea islands, including of course Naoshima, Teshima and Inujima.
