Hiort Pod (Baleshare Bothies) Dog Friendly

We are a small family run business - Baleshare Bothies - consisting of two cosy, self-catering, glamping pods. This listing is for our pod called Hiort, which is dog friendly. We are situated in the peaceful crofting community of Baleshare, North Uist in the Outer Hebrides, and located a short walk from the shore of Baleshare Beach, where there are breath-taking views. Each pod is hired out separately, however you are welcome to book the two pods at the same time depending on availability.

Here is our new well kitted out Pod.It has underfloor heating,hot water,two ring induction hob,fridge/freezer,kettle,toaster,fixed double bed,and sofa bed.For your comfort it has toilet,wash hand basin and shower.Also WiFi,alexa, tv/dvd,amazon fire stick (netflix/childrens tv etc).It is very comfortable and cosy, with super soft fluffy fleece bedding and a pure wool duvet. It also has a bbq area with seating and fire pit for chilled out evenings. The pod is at the end of a quiet village.

Skye Red Fox Retreat - stunning luxury glamping

The Red Fox Retreat is the ultimate luxury glamping getaway location. A twist on the more conventional ‘pod’, the cabin features a curved wood interior entered from an arched doorway in front of which is situated a perfectly appointed king sized bed with amazing views of the Trottenish Ridge and the croft (farmland) that surrounds the property. It is warm and cosy to protect against the elements and yet light and airy. The cabin is accessed via a spectacular large undercover deck area.

Heron's View

Heron's View is a lovely, light, airy, spacious and well presented glamping pod. It has all you need for a comfortable stay from a well kitted out kitchen, bathroom with full size shower to a comfortable sitting area. It has a double bed and the sofa converts to a double bed. It benefits from underfloor heating. It has an unique position with an uninterrupted view of the sea and surrounding landscape. It takes its name from the two Heron's that nest on the island opposite the pod.

Gate Lodge on Conservation Farm Isle of Skye

Opened in January 2020, the Gate Lodge is a charming octagon with plenty of original character. Warm and well-equipped, it has been completely renovated and sits within the grounds of a working conservation farm. Strictly No Smoking. Only a ten minute walk from Loch Bay Restaurant, the Stein Inn, Skyeskyns and Diver's Eye, the lodge is surrounded by nature and wildlife with stunning views. It offers the perfect, peaceful break. The Bay -1 bedroom apartment

The Bay is a stylish 1 bedroom apartment situated metres from the shore on the edge of Broadford Bay. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen/living room which opens out onto a private decking area. The kitchen has a hob, oven & microwave, an under counter fridge with small icebox. Though annexed to the main house it has its own private entrance and parking. The bedroom has a king sized bed with luxurious linen bedding, the ensuite has a generous sized walk in rainfall shower..

The pod sits directly on the coastline with the beach directly to the front of the pod. The location is perfect for people who appreciate the beautiful scenery and a relaxing holiday in a very quiet location.
