We are offering a very unique place, handed over in December 2022. The apartment is cosy, fully equipped to ensure comfortable and convenient stay, in a quiet area. We have made sure that everything in the apartment is of good quality, it's modern with elements of local culture. It has 3 balconies to enjoy the weather outside :) The apartment building includes only 7 apartments. You can easily get from here to all the most important local attractions, a shop, restaurant, Polana Szymoszkowa

One-level apartment (100 m2) located in a wooden house at an altitude of 1050 above sea level!!! The entrance is separate. The apartment has a large terrace, we provide deckchairs. The view of the mountains "enters" the living room:) You can park your car on the property. The sauna and fireplace are free ,the 2x jacuzzi ( wood hot tub) paid extra. You can reach Gubałówka on foot(1 hour) and go by ropeway to Krupówki (4 minutes). Surroundings: hiking and cycling routes, ski slops!

Mini domček na záhrade pri rodinnom dome majiteľov v širšom centre Banskej Bystrice, 1 km do centra. Rozloha domu 32 m2 !!! + terasa obklopená zeleňou a výhľadom na banskobystrický vrch Urpín. Spálňa s manželskou posteľou, kúpeľňa so sprchovým kútom, vybavená kuchynka s obývacou časťou, s možnosťou rozloženia sedačky ako prístelky - pre 2 osoby. Vonkajšia terasa s posedením. Po dohode domáce zvieratká povolené :-) Vhodné pre bábätká, detská postielka k dispozícií.

The two bedroom A-frame house was remodeled in 2022. The space offers beautiful views of nature and the night sky from the large window in the master bedroom. Travelers will enjoy unique playful interiors. The tiny house is surrounded by forests but only few minutes from the historical downtown of Banska Bystrica. The spacious garden has a firepit and grill.
