Located on 1 acre, so it’s private, but still in town. 5 miles to downtown and 3 miles to mall area. Parking for boats w outside 110 outlets and ATV. ( let us know if you need this parking space) This room has a queen bed, bath and a full kitchen! No dogs over 40 lbs. No cats,thank you! 18 minutes to Murray, 48 to Paducah. Long term guests ask about laundry option.

Cozy and family friendly space with plenty of space to park your boat, trailer, or toys. We are about 5-10 minutes from a couple of different boat launches, biking/walking path, and Lake Barkley Sate park (with a very nice beach). We are 5 minutes from the Dollar General, a gas station, & about 20 minutes to town. This is one unit of a triplex. We rent the upstairs unit as well. The other downstairs unit is not rented out.
