There are 2 full baths, a beautiful screened-in porch, patio, and a well stocked kitchen. Set in the lake community of Suissevale, the house is a short walk to States Landing beach/boat launch and about a mile from Suissevale beach. Castle in the Clouds hiking / snowshoeing trails are an 8 minute drive.

Lake Winnipesaukee, Suissevale Cabin

Four season Chalet in Suissevale. Enjoy the most sought after beach on Lake Winni. Tennis, basketball, volleyball, grill on the beach with the finest sand under your toes. Updated playground, fishing pond, and boat ramp. The rental comes with 2 kayaks to use during your stay. Note: Per Suissevale, renters will not have access to the beach on Saturdays between Memorial Day and Labor day. As an alternative on Saturdays, States Landing Beach is approx. 1/2 mile from Suissevale.

The Lake house

Enjoy the southern exposure, a sugar sand walkout beach, an L-shaped dock, and classic Lake Winnipesaukee construction. The open concept includes a full kitchen and a living room. The spacious bathroom also includes a washer and dryer. It has one private bedroom, and a ships ladder guides you to a loft containing additional sleeping space, with a catwalk to a private balcony overlooking the lake. This property has a detached bunkhouse with two full-sized beds and a ¾ bath.

This is a a beautiful, custom house with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and state of the art amenities throughout. There is a wrap around deck along with a sunroom that has a ping pong table. There's also a firepit and hammock out back. There is a gorgeous lake view as well. You are steps away from the beach and there are plenty of trails for hiking and biking all around the house. Suissevale is a private community in the heart of Moultonborough.

Downtown! Studio w 3/4 Bathroom. Private Entrance!

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
