The annex is private and comfy, in a quiet country setting, located on the border of Dorset & Somerset, an area of outstanding natural beauty. The famous Jurassic Coast is a 20 minute drive and the closest pub a mere 2 minute drive away.(20 min walk) There is an open plan living room with double doors that open onto a deck over looking a private garden below. There are a number of scenic walks to explore from the annex. Crewkerne-a few minutes away has Waitrose, lidl, Boots, Savers & Poundland.

Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. The River Parrett and trail runs through the farm . We are only 30 minutes drive from the world heritage site that is the Jurassic coast, which has the towns of Lyme Regis famous for its fossils and Bridport which are popular for the beach and cafes.

Fully refurbished self catering accommodation in a conservation area on the edge of Merriott village. Ideal for vacationing, users of the National Cycle path (30) or business users. The property is not suitable for pets. An 'exterior only' CCTV camera is fitted to the main house, to maintain the security on the driveway approach to the Annex.
