The owner lives in the flat above (two storey building) and parking is available on the drive or on the street outside the building. 15 min drive from the nearest beach the guest house has a double 4’ 6” bed, sofa area with TV, DVD player & virgin TV. Brickwork fireplace built in 1910s gives character. Has kitchenette area & bathroom with electric shower. Suitable for 1-2 adults sharing the double bed, or 2 adults sharing the bed & 1 on the sofa bed. Sofa bed mattress is basic - 4” thick & best for a child but an adult can sleep on there if you are happy with that.
