It is equipped with a wall-mounted heat pump, induction cooktop, small oven, microwave, refrigerator, underfloor heating, humidity detector, oil heater, Smart TV (Bell TV). The bed is not double, it is queen. Washer and dryer are shared. Several shops within walking distance.

The apartment is steps away from the famous Fairmount Bagels as well as Wilensky's and endless coffee shops and restaurants. Your stay will include fresh bagels in the morning and you have to try our city famous gnocchi's for lunch (which we home make in the building next door). CITQ : 298715
